FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Common questions about service scope, delivery standards and the engagement process.
How do I choose between the three plans?
Gold (¥15,800) suits companies testing overseas social for the first time with a limited budget, validating content performance in 30 days. Platinum (¥36,800) suits companies with some overseas experience that want broader content coverage and lead volume, with 60 days of deep operations plus 20 leads. Diamond (¥75,800) suits manufacturers pursuing multi-market scale, with a 195-day program covering three markets, content model building and 100 lead deliveries.
How is lead quality guaranteed?
Qualified leads must have verifiable contact details, an explicit product or purchase need, a match with the target market, and be deduplicated by entity with source evidence.
How are guaranteed views counted and fulfilled?
The three plans guarantee 20K (Gold), 60K (Platinum) and 150K (Diamond) organic views, counted as the total views of content published by TikTok matrix accounts and subject to platform back-end data. Progress is visible in the dashboard.
Who owns the accounts and content after the project?
After payment is complete, project accounts, final videos, delivery reports and client source footage are all owned and managed by the client. We provide a full handover checklist, follow-up operating recommendations and transitional cloud-phone authorisation so the client can independently view and manage the accounts.
Can I upgrade from a lower to a higher plan?
Yes. If you want to add markets, languages, accounts, shoots or extend the service period, you can request an upgrade at any time. We will assess it and issue an upgrade proposal; all changes are confirmed in writing by both parties.
What is the boundary of responsibility for results?
We commit to the contracted process services, content volume and qualified lead delivery, but do not guarantee specific order counts, sales revenue or closing timelines. Closing outcomes are also affected by product competitiveness, pricing, certifications, lead times and the client's follow-up efficiency.
What does the quote include? Are there hidden costs?
The quote is an all-in, tax-inclusive project price covering all services in the selected plan, with no hidden costs. The exact scope is subject to the quotation and the signed contract. Additional shoots, markets or accounts beyond the plan are assessed separately.
